According to Lotteries Amendment Act of 2013, Act No. 32 section 2A, subsection states that,
The Commission shall-
(a) Promote public knowledge and awareness by, amongst others-
i) developing and implementing educational and informational measures to educate the public and the lotteries and provisions of this Act; and
ii)educating the public by explaining the process, requirements and qualifications relating to the application for grant in terms of the Act.
